01 Services

The Developer provides custom scripting services, primarily for Roblox-based systems. Services may include, but are not limited to, gameplay systems, UI functionality, automation systems, and other requested scripting implementations.

All project specifications must be clearly defined and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

02 Commission Process

1. Submission of Request. The Client must provide a complete and detailed description of the requested system, including features, expectations, and platform requirements.
2. Acceptance of Work. The Developer reserves the right to accept or decline any commission request at their sole discretion.
3. Commencement of Work. Work will begin only after required payment conditions (see Section 3) have been satisfied.
4. Delivery Timeline. Estimated completion time ranges from several hours to several days depending on complexity. Timelines are non-binding estimates unless explicitly agreed in writing.

03 Payment Terms

1. Standard Commissions (Developer Workspace). A non-refundable 50% upfront deposit is required prior to the commencement of work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to final delivery.
2. Client Workspace Commissions. For work performed directly in the Client’s workspace, 100% payment is required upfront. No work shall begin until full payment is received.
3. Commissions Under $200. All commissions valued under $200 require 100% payment upfront without exception.
4. Accepted Payment Methods & Minimums. Accepted methods include Robux, PayPal, and CashApp.
   • Robux — 80,000 minimum
   • CashApp / PayPal — $100 minimum per commission
   The Client is responsible for all transaction or processing fees.

04 Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the Developer fails to deliver the agreed-upon system in any functional form.

05 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and clear project requirements
• Respond in a timely manner to prevent delays
• Ensure all payments are completed in accordance with this Agreement

Failure to cooperate may result in delays or termination of the commission without refund.

06 Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment:

• The Client is granted full ownership rights to the delivered script.
• The Developer retains the right to showcase, display, or reference the work in a portfolio or promotional material unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

07 Conduct

Professional and respectful communication is required at all times. The Developer reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for any Client exhibiting abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

08 Revisions

Minor revisions directly related to the original scope are included after delivery. Significant changes, additional features, or scope expansion may incur additional charges subject to agreement.

09 Agreement

By commissioning the Developer, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
